packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Any item not in
its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error may not
be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at
customerservice@uniexinc.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Our customer
service team will guide you through the return process and provide you
with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

Refund or Exchange:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved,
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied
to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. If you
opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the
