Uniex Return Policy
At Uniex, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide a straightforward returns process, allowing returns within 60 days of receiving your purchase, giving you ample time to evaluate your items.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please contact us at customerservice@uniexinc.com. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending back your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for prompt resolution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards. For inquiries about specific items, please contact us.
Exchanges
For the quickest way to obtain a desired item, return the original and, once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 60-day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 60 days for any reason without justification. As mentioned, items must be in the same condition as received.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at customerservice@uniexinc.com.
